To showcase the highest quality, we use a unique mix of kombu kelp and bonito from specific regions in Japan. We use various craft soy sauces to create the best taste and flavor. Come experience the exquisite umami of our udon

Enjoy all of our udon in artisanal, hand crafted bowls.  We exhibit the authenticity of Japanese cuisine with the proper setting. Providing a portal to experience true Japanese tradition in the modern setting is our goal.
