At TsuruTonTan, we make our udon fresh in-house everyday. Using carefully selected blend of flour from Japan,  we thrive to deliver authentic, homemade udon everyday.

To showcase the highest quality, we use a unique mix of kombu kelp and bonito from specific regions in Japan. We use various craft soy sauces to create the best taste and flavor. Come experience the exquisite umami of our udon
